Precautionary Cancelation Fee

Due to the high volume of requested appointments and to be fair to all patients and staff, our practice will be implementing a cancellation fee for all scheduled exams and surgical procedures.

The following fees will go into effect immediately:

• A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY NO CALL/NO SHOW OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.
• A CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY NO CALL/NO SHOW OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED SURGICAL PROCEDURE TIME.

**Rescheduling is applicable when done prior to a 24-hour notice and is scheduled within 30 days of original appointment time, or the fee may be forfeited**

We understand that there are times such as a medical emergency, death in the family, or a family illness that can prohibit you from calling ahead. In these cases, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to get your pet’s appointment rescheduled without a fee.
