"22 years ago as a brand new Michigan resident my dog experienced a seizure. I called the local vet - ER Animal hospital. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was directed to an emergency number. Dr. Morrison answered and 40 minutes later he had made the trip all the way from Suttons Bay where he was raking leaves off his driveway, to my home 10 miles north of ER, and was stretched out on our living room floor introducing himself to us and our lab rescue, Curly. That's my kinda guy. Now that he has retired we miss him biggly and hope we will receive the same dedication from the newbies at ER."

These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
